Collectors may be interested in a recent release. In the USA, a new compilation titled "Playlist: The Very Best of Cheap Trick" was released on 31st March which features 14 tracks. Despite having almost the same catalogue number as the 2007 CD release in Europe titled "The Very Best of Cheap Trick", the track listing is quite different.

As mentioned in the February newsletter, Bun E is currently involved in a side project called "Tinted Windows" with James Iha, Taylor Hanson and Adam Schlesinger. That band has been busy in March and April, with several tour dates across the USA plus TV appearances on David Letterman and Jimmy Fallon's shows (21st and 23rd April respectively). They play two dates supporting No Doubt in New Jersey in early May. In addition, they released a self-titled CD on 21st April.

Rick has also been involved in a side project, composing some music for an upcoming Wii computer game from Sega titled "The Conduit".
